When life is crazy, it's essential to return to the fundamentals, because you can't be of any help to others unless you care for yourself first. These days, with the world in turmoil, stress levels are through the roof. 

So, let's talk about something you've likely heard before – the airplane analogy: "Put your mask on first before assisting others."

What does this mean in the realm of wellness? It's about nourishing your body, moving intentionally, and making time to recharge, so you're equipped to serve others while staying true to yourself.

Let's break it down:

Nourishment: Feed your body with nutritious food – a balance of protein, fats, and carbs at every meal.
