Navigating Holiday Overwhelm.

We're knee-deep in the craziness of the holiday season, right? 

The to-do list seems never-ending. It's easy to feel the overwhelm creeping in. But guess what? You've got this!

I had a moment this morning where my plans took an unexpected turn. I had my classes all set – mobility, stretching, and core workouts. However, reality hit, and I found myself feeling frazzled. 

So, what did I do? 

I listened to my body, adjusted the plan, and hopped on my bike to release some pent-up energy.

The message I want to share with you is simple: it's okay to be flexible. 

Life doesn't always go as planned, and that's perfectly fine. If you feel the need to ditch the workout and take a breather, go for it. You know yourself best. Sometimes, those extra hours and a bit of a break are exactly what you need.

And here's the flip side – sometimes you need that workout to shake off the stress, calm your mind, and get back on track. Whatever it is, tune in to your body, act accordingly, and make sure you're fueling yourself throughout the day.

Remember, overwhelm is real, but so are solutions. Take deep breaths, assess your priorities, and consider what tasks you can delegate or tweak.
