Eat, Move & Recharge® All Year Long

I teach women how to Eat, Move & Recharge so it feeds their body, brain, and soul, and it’s important to me that they understand it isn’t a diet–it’s a lifestyle. That means that it’s not something to start in January, and take a break from every holiday, and then feel guilty about taking a break. It’s something that you live every single day of the year. 

My Eat, Move & Recharge Formula is built to be adaptable to the way you live. You don’t “go off” of a lifestyle when you want a treat or a night out like you might do when you’re on a diet. You simply adapt the foundation that’s already there to fit your real life, day in and day out. 

The first part of our Formula is, of course, eating, and it seems to be one of the areas people struggle with the most because diet culture is so ingrained in our lives. But just because I live my Eat, Move & Recharge Formula every day doesn’t mean I’m always sitting at home eating a grilled chicken salad. I go out, eat great food, and have a ton of fun, all while living a healthy lifestyle. 

That “eat” portion of the formula involves getting a balance of proteins, fats, and carbs in every meal, and there are so many fun ways to make that happen. 

I recently went out for lunch with a friend, and had sushi with some delicious edamame as an appetizer. We then went on a walk together around a beautiful lake, and we got some quality time to catch up. It was a full day of fun, and I leveraged every part of the Eat, Move & Recharge Formula.

No one looking at how I live my life would think I was on a diet, or restricting myself, or not having fun. 

I live a life full of joy, fun moments, and delicious food, and I maintain a healthy life while doing it all. Using my Eat, Move & Recharge Formula makes it possible for me to reach all of my goals and have a great time doing it.
