A Simpler Way to Create Content (That Still Works Like Magic)
February 12, 2026

Let’s talk about content. Not your macros, not your morning routine, but the content that fuels your business and connects you with your audience.
If you’re a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur juggling 47 things at once, content creation can feel like just another thing you have to do. And let’s be honest, there are days you’ve got plenty to say, and other days when your brain just... has no words.
I’ve been there.
For a while, I was showing up on social media every day. Recording videos. Posting. Showing my face. It was effective, but also exhausting. It didn’t align with the way I want to spend my time, or how I want to serve.
So I did something very on-brand for a wellness strategist: I built a system.
Here's how my content system works:
Each week, I create one piece of long-form content, usually a Facebook Live video. It’s authentic, it’s real, and it allows me to speak directly from the heart.
Then, my team takes over.
-
They transcribe the video and turn it into a blog post (like this one).
-
That blog gets repurposed into an email, the kind that shows up in your inbox and makes you nod along while sipping your coffee.
-
From there, we pull captions and quotes to sprinkle across social media.
-
And sometimes, we’ll clip a few short reels to post throughout the week.
It’s efficient. It’s sustainable. It’s me – multiplied.
This way, I get to spend more time doing what I really love: working with clients, building relationships, and yes – living a life I love without giving up the things that bring me joy.
If you're someone who loves to create content every day, that's fantastic. But if you're like me, someone who wants to share value without living on your phone, then a system like this could change everything.
Let me say this clearly: You don't need to be everywhere all the time.
You just need to create with intention, then let your systems do the rest.
