Have you noticed how the term "pivoting" seems to be everywhere these days? It's all about shifting gears and changing direction when life throws us unexpected challenges. But as we welcome the rejuvenating spirit of spring, let's delve deeper into the concept of intentional change—making shifts in various aspects of our lives with purpose and mindfulness.

For over a decade now, I've had the honor of guiding individuals and groups on their journey towards optimal health. Whether it's through mindful eating, intentional movement, or revitalizing self-care practices, witnessing their "aha" moments as they discover the joys of balanced living has been incredibly fulfilling. 

And now, I'm thrilled to announce a new chapter in my journey—I'm extending my expertise to support fellow health professionals, expand into the realm of workplace wellness initiatives. 

Drawing from over 35 years of corporate experience and a decade of nutritional expertise, this new venture is a culmination of my life's work, and I'm excited to empower FitPros, Health Coaches, and Gym Owners, to make more of a positive impact.
